Thera°Pearl is a non-medicated method developed by doctors to alleviate pain and inflammation in the knee joint.
It is equipped with innovative Pearl technology which provides an extremely effective therapy by hot or cold for twenty minutes to quickly relieve pain.
Cold therapy is recommended after training or physical activity, and also in case of sprains, bruises and swellings, and for tibial periostitis and epicondylitis.
Hot therapy can be used before training or physical activity, in case of stiffness, joint pain, permanent pain and muscle spasms.
Adapted to the shape of the knee, the sleeve is reusable as often as necessary. Thera°Pearl compress is held in place by a supple Velcro strip, even during workout.

Do not exceed 20 minutes.
Wait at least 20 minutes before renewing the application.
If necessary, apply the compress again for 20 minutes.
For cold therapy: Put in the fridge for at least two hours.
For hot therapy: put in the microwave for the needed time and temperature (read the leaflet).
Test imperatively the temperature before applying.
Excessive temperature or prolonged application may cause burns.
Do not apply on skin that is injured, irritated or very sensitive.
Consult a physician if you have any doubt or extreme, prolonged or chronic pain.
Do not open or pierce the compress.
It is imperative to be supervised by an adult if used by a child.
A warm-up time beyond the recommended time may damage the compress.
