The transport of your parcel:
All our energy is devoted to prepare and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We choose to entrust our shipments to providers that allow us to ensure optimal monitoring of the delivery.
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Standard delivery (Colissimo)
Depending on the weight and value of your order, Medical Beaute will choose the most suitable delivery method: either by post or by Chronopost carrier.
For delivery by carrier, you can track your order online www.laposte.fr the site by entering your order number, or www.chronopost.fr.
This service is charged according to the weight of your order. The Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping address and availability of your articles. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Shipping fees are also indicated in the order confirmation in the e-mail confirmation and online status of your order.
Estimated shipping and delivery times
- The indication "Shipping" give an estimate of when the item left our warehouse for delivery. The items in your order will be shipped when available.
For example, the "Ships: within 24 hours" means that we believe that the corresponding item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours.
- The message "Delivery" provides an estimate of the time that the article will arrive at the delivery address, once it has been shipped. Shipping fees are also indicated in the order confirmation in the e-mail confirmation and online on our website under "Order History an,d Details".

Track your order
For delivery by carrier, you can track the status of your order anytime, 7 days a week.
The online tracking order is not available for postal deliveries.
You can check the status of your order, with details of items ordered, their shipping and delivery estimated date and changes in delivery.
Depending on the way of payment and the status of your order, you can also:
• Reauthorize the payment by credit card or update your bank details;
• Change your e-mail address;
• Change your delivery or billing address;
• Cancel all or part of your order;
• Reprint an invoice;
• Start the process of return of all or part of your order.
Changing your order

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Returns and Refunds:
- The provisions on returns of your order can be made online on our website under '"Order History and Details".
Returns are ruled by the terms of sale and refund at Medical Beaute. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return (at your expense) your product returned in an unopened box.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation online, on our site under "Order History and Details".
- If your order is being prepared for delivery or if it is already shipped, please expect it to be delivered before initiating the process of returning on our website under "Order History and Details" or contact Customer Service of Medical Beaute. Please note that you may have to pay the return costs.
Delivery by carrier:
- If you are not on site when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, it will leave a message. You can then contact him directly at your convenience to fix a new date of delivery to the usual office hours or to suggest an alternative delivery address.
If the delivery date specified in your notification email has passed, please contact customer service Medical Beaute. We will contact the carrier and do our best to have your order delivered promptly.
- If you are not there to postal delivery or if your order can not be delivered, a notice indicating the removal arrangements will be left. In most cases, you can pick up your order at the nearest post office or provide a new delivery.
- If you receive your order and find that its contents are damaged, please call Customer Service Medical Beaute.
- If the contents of your order are damaged, Medical Beaute will come into direct contact with the carrier to resolve the problem as quickly, causing you the least possible inconvenience. We will contact you and keep you informed of the development of our investigation.
Remember that any product damaged on arrival must be reported to the Medical Beaute customer service before expiry of the 7 day cancellation period.

Shortly after placing the order by credit card, you will receive a confirmation email that will summarize the details and indicate the estimated time for shipping and delivery for each item.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with the name of a carrier, tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Please ensure the email address on your order is correct and that the email was not sent directly to a junk mail folder.
Important: the delivery with signature is done only when receiving in a shop or post office.
We strongly advise you to choose this package delivery mode to guarantee good reception and compensation in case of not receiving the package.
Our preparation time is 2 to 7 business days
For orders by Chronopost: All orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11:00 am will be delivered the next day. All orders placed after Thursday 11:00 to Friday 11:00 will be delivered on Monday.
For orders by check or bank transfer: the time for preparation is the same, but we should add the delivery time and cashing of the check or wire transfer (approximately 2-5 days).
